### Strict Parser Guardrails for AI Generation:
- **Allowed Item Tags**: Use ONLY `[milestone]`, `[task]`, `[note]`, `[habit]`. Never invent custom tags.
- **Single-Line Constraint**: Every item in a canvas body MUST be written on a single line. Escaped newlines (`\n` or `<br>`) are used for paragraphs inside `[note]`.
- **Field Separator**: Fields are separated by ` | ` (space-pipe-space).
- **Time Format**: 24-hour `HH:MM` format matching `/^\d{2}:\d{2}$/` (e.g. `09:00`, `18:30`).
- **Date Format**: `YYYY-MM-DD`.
- **System Tags**: Choose only from standard tags: `Career`, `Learn`, `Work`, `Health`, `Finance`, `Relationships`, `Personal`.
